Information on the Processing of Personal Data

We are responsible for processing the personal data entrusted to us in accordance with the principles arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC — the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, which entered into force on 25 May 2018.

Personal Data Controller
The controller of personal data is Wójcik Ventilation – Ducting Manufacturing, with its registered office at Kosewo 128, 05-190 Nasielsk, Poland.

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Each instance of data processing is based on an appropriate legal basis compliant with applicable law.
Your data is processed for the purpose of concluding and performing concluded agreements. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Categories of Data Processed by the Company
We inform you that we process your personal data in the form of identification data: first name and surname, correspondence address and registered address, PESEL number, series and number of identity card/passport, bank account number, e-mail address, and contact telephone number.

Data Recipients
The Company may disclose your personal data to the following entities:

  • entities processing the data on behalf of the Company, e.g. service subcontractors; and
  • entities authorised to obtain the data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities — only in the event of receiving a request based on an appropriate legal basis.

Transfer of Data to Third Countries
The Company does not transfer data outside Poland/the EU/the EEA.

Data Retention Period
The Company processes your data obtained in connection with the conclusion of an Agreement until the end of the term of the Agreement.

Rights of Persons Whose Data Is Processed by the Company

You have the following rights:

  • the right to access the content of your data and to rectify it, as well as the right to erase the data;
  • the right to request the cessation of data processing;
  • the right to restrict data processing;
  • the right to object to the processing of data, including an objection to the processing of data for marketing purposes;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the processing of your personal data infringes legal provisions.

Information on the Voluntary Nature / Requirement to Provide Data
Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding the Agreement and, if such data is not provided, we will have to refuse to conclude the Agreement.
